Meet Patty, a passionate second-generation real estate professional based in Austin, where she’s called home since 2005 alongside their cherished family and beloved dogs. From her start delivering flyers for her Dad, to buying investment properties and handling renovations, she’s cultivated a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to excellence.
As the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of E3 Properties, an Austin-based brokerage, Patty has been instrumental in shaping a company culture centered around eco-consciousness and fostering a positive work-life balance. Since its inception in 2008, E3 Properties has been dedicated to these values, providing clients with exceptional service while maintaining a sustainable approach to real estate.
Patty brings a wealth of experience to the table, having purchased her first property in 2000 and delving into investment properties in 2004. Their hands-on approach to renovations and improvements stems from a genuine passion for seeing potential realized in every property.
Beyond their real estate endeavors, Patty is a seasoned traveler who finds joy in exploring the world and experiencing new cultures. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Delaware, and experience living in NYC, LA and abroad, they possess a unique skill set that enriches their professional interactions. Drawing from previous roles at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Nis, Serbia, and the Institute of Ethics in the Los Angeles area, Patty has honed her abilities in negotiations and conflict resolution, often employing innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
Outside of work, Patty is deeply involved in their community and enjoys participating in creative endeavors. A longtime attendee of Burning Man, they embrace spontaneity and creative expression, whether it’s hosting themed gatherings or engaging in impromptu performance art.
From planting native species in their yard to embarking on hikes with their furry companions, Patty finds solace in nature and values personal connections.
